Exchanges & Returns

Shopping online is not always easy, that’s why we are happy to exchange items for a different size, provided it meets our return criteria.  Please contact us for assistance with your exchange. You will receive notification when your exchange is ready for pick up.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return .

If you are approved, then your item will be exchanged for same product, style and size.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.  In some cases we may offer to exchange size, please contact us: info@i-dance.co.nz
